Mr. Punit Vadgama holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Cardiff University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in the year 2005. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Vadgama was a partner at Shapley Barrett & Co. Advocates. He has a sterling understanding of corporate and real estate law, is lightning quick on his feet and advises with real gravitas. Clients frequently cite him for exceeding expectations.
He sits on the board of numerous companies as legal counsel and in an advisory capacity. He was previously the Chairman of the board of Continental Reinsurance Limited (owned in majority by Continental Reinsurance PLC, a Pan African Reinsurer).
